SEBI Registered Research Analyst · INH000029315

I research a few Indian companies properly.

My name is Lathiya Jaimish. I am a SEBI Registered Research Analyst working out of Mota Varachha in Surat. Every idea I publish starts with growth and relative outperformance, is tested through theme and peer analysis, and is timed with a technical entry, a stop-loss and a target.

About

How I work

What I cover

Listed Indian equities, reached through the theme driving them rather than picked off a screener one at a time.

A report from me sets out the theme, why this company leads it, the numbers behind that claim, the entry and stop-loss I am working with, and the specific things that would change my mind. If I cannot explain why a company earns its money, I do not write about it.

What I do not do

I do not handle your money, place trades for you, or manage a portfolio. A Research Analyst registration does not allow any of that, and I do not do it informally either.

I will never ask you for your trading password, your demat login, or an OTP. Nobody legitimate will. If a person claiming to be me asks for those, it is not me.

How I research

From outperformers to the right entry

The stock is the last thing I arrive at. Growth and relative outperformance point me towards a theme, the work inside that theme finds the company, and the chart decides the moment.

1. Hunt for outperformers

I screen the market for companies showing high growth and strong relative strength, meaning businesses already outperforming both their peers and the broader index.

2. Sector and theme discovery

Outperformers rarely appear alone. When they cluster, that cluster usually points to the sector or theme driving them, and it is that tailwind I want to understand before going any further.

3. Theme deep-dive

Once a theme stands out I study it properly: what is fuelling it, how durable it looks, and which parts of the value chain actually capture the money.

4. Peer analysis

Every company inside the theme is compared head to head on growth, margins, capital efficiency and management quality. How much a company is being discussed does not come into it.

5. Best-in-theme selection

The company that leads its theme on fundamentals, and looks able to defend that lead, is the one that earns a full research note.

6. Execution

Price action, volume and trend structure settle the last question. Where to enter, where the stop-loss sits, and where to take profits.

Straight answers

Four things worth knowing

Subscription fees are the only money I make

No brokerage, no commission from any company, no paid promotions. If a stock appears in my research it is because it came through the process above, not because someone paid for the coverage. Where I or my family hold a security I write about, that is disclosed in the report itself.

I write the reports myself

There is no research team, no call centre and no sales staff. When you email a question about a report, it reaches the person who wrote it.

You can see the working

Each report states the assumptions it rests on and the risks that could break it. You are meant to argue with it. If you cannot check the reasoning, there is no good reason to act on it.

There is a real complaints process

I have 21 days to resolve a grievance. If I fail, SEBI's SCORES platform and the Smart ODR portal are open to you, and both sit outside my control. The escalation contacts are published further down this page.

Subscriptions

Two ways to subscribe

Both carry the same research. The annual works out at roughly ₹1,667 a month against ₹2,499 paid monthly, so the only real question is how long you want to commit for.

Monthly

₹2,499 / month

Long enough to judge whether the research suits you

  • Every research report published that month
  • The theme and peer analysis behind each company
  • Technical entry, stop-loss and target on every idea
  • Follow-up notes when something material changes
  • Email replies to questions about any report
Ask about this
Works out cheaper

Annual

₹19,999 / year

Sensible if you hold positions for a year or more

  • Everything in the monthly subscription
  • Full-year coverage across several growth themes
  • Quarterly notes tracking fundamentals and trend together
  • Reasoning written up when I close out an idea
  • Your questions answered first
Ask about this

Fees: the prices above are exclusive of statutory charges. SEBI and RAASB cap what any Research Analyst may charge at ₹1,51,000 per annum per family of clients for individual and HUF clients, and both subscriptions sit well inside that limit. Payment is by bank transfer, UPI, cheque or card. Cash is not accepted. You may also pay through the Centralised Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) run by BSE if you would rather route it through the exchange, and you can ask me for that option at any time.
